Your portrait will arrive carefully packaged.
1. Standard (not mounted) - It will be wrapped in a sheet of Glassine paper (an acid free sheet that helps to protect the pastel from smudging) and will be sandwiched between two sheets of foam board and taped up. This will be wrapped in Bubble wrap and boxed up and put into a waterproof postage bag. I use Royal Mail Special delivery, insured, tracked and signed. Postage is an additional cost. Postage and packaging on portraits up to 12 x 16 will cost £12. Anything above this size will have to go via another courier service and I will advice on the cost at the time.

2. Mounted - It will be mounted and wrapped in cellophane, sandwiched between two sheets of foam board and taped up. This will be wrapped in Bubble wrap and boxed up and put into a waterproof postage bag. I use Royal Mail Special delivery, insured, tracked and signed. Postage is an additional cost. Postage and packaging on portraits up to 12 x 16 will cost £14. Anything above this size will have to go via another courier service and I will advice on the cost at the time.
